NGS certificate repository

This directory contains release 1 of NGS UK e-Science certificates version 1. The latest release is also available in latest (with version information in http://cert.ca.ngs.ac.uk/latest/version.txt)

Tarballs

• certificates-base-1-1.tar.gz - contains everything you need for the UK eScience single sign-on CA (also known as SARoNGS).
• certificates-ngs-1-1.tar.gz - contains the single sign-on CA and additional CAs used by the NGS: SARONGS SLCSToplevel LONI Training.
• certificates-stfc-1-1.tar.gz - contains the single sign-on CA for UK e-Science plus another used for STFC's facilities

VDT release

• ukescience-certs-base-vdt - VDT data file for the NGS release (see above for description)
• ukescience-certs-ngs-vdt - VDT data file for the NGS release (see above for description)
• ukescience-certs-stfc-vdt - VDT data file for the STFC release (see above for description)

YUM repositories

The URL (baseurl) for YUM is http://cert.ca.ngs.ac.uk/ukescience-1-1/yum. The following text assumes you have installed the UK eScience RPM signature GPG key in the file file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-ukesciencecerts and the snippet below should be created as a new file (with a .repo suffix) in the directory /etc/yum.repos.d:
